We are working with Stuart Semple and GIANT Gallery to retrofit Bournemouth's former Marks & Spencer building as a new home for the gallery and artist studios.

Delivered in phases, the proposal reuses the vacant department store as a centre for contemporary art and making. Alongside the permanent gallery, exhibitions, performances and public events are used to test how different parts of the building could be occupied over time, creating a new cultural destination along the high street.
