As part of the National Infrastructure Commission's Young Professionals Panel, Madeleine collaborated on research with 16 young professionals from different industries over a period of two years, looking at how generational shift is changing the demands on UK Infrastructure.

Madeleine led research into how infrastructure can work harder and combat loneliness through good design, particularly as Millennials are Gen Z are grappling with loneliness from a much earlier age, as digital experiences replace physical interaction.
