We won an invited competition to retrofit an existing office floor for EV technology company Arrival in Luxembourg. Working within the building's existing structure and services, the design inserts a series of timber rooms that organise the open workspace while preserving the flexibility of the original floorplate.
Arrival
Clay plaster, terrazzo, stainless steel and oak create a warm, robust material palette, while an expanded mesh ceiling conceals lighting and services, enabling a rapid fit-out within the existing building. The project formed the basis of a new workplace design guide for Arrival's offices, research hubs and micro-factories worldwide.
